Post-Partum Support Opportunities

Overnight Care

Focusing on rest is essential to the recovery and sanity of the entire family unit. I provide up to 9 hours of overnight care.
Daytime Support

I provide daytime doula services which include professional support with breastfeeding, changing, organization, cleaning, and cooking, so you can enjoy the new family member in peace.
Transitional Resource

I understand that welcoming a new family member is tricky. I support additional siblings, parents, and family through supportive and interactive methods.

Childbirth Education
Childbirth education is a course tenant of prenatal support. Knowledge is power! I will support you in making informed decisions that create a birth experience relevant to your needs.
Continual Labor Support
The beauty of having birth doula support is that after getting to know you and your family's preferences, choices, and experiences, I can sense your needs and support your desires during birth.
Unwavering commitment
Continual support and communication are essential to our practice. I am on call from the moment we start working together. Monthly phone calls and weekly texts in the month of your due date are included, as are two prenatal calls and three phone calls postpartum.
