My approach to labor support is to fill in where hospitals fall short. Our modern medical infrastructure routinely fails to meet families' cultural and personal needs. That is where personal doula support comes in! I know birth is a transformative experience, regardless of how it is experienced. I build trusting relationships and practice mindfulness and intentional support to help families build resilience in their birth experiences. Through continuous education, support, and guidance, I will help you feel more confident and ready to meet the challenges of labor and motherhood.

Labor support includes:
A comprehensive childbirth education session in your home
2-3 prenatal visits to create a birth plan, prepare for the baby and prepare your body.
Phone and text support
Continual, in-person birth support.
A three-hour postpartum visit.
Post Partum Support
Bringing home a baby is full of emotions. I believe that honoring the postpartum period is honoring all the work of generations of women. Ensuring that the new family is healthy and supported is the foundation of a healthy family! You deserve support that aligns with your values. Therefore, our postpartum packages are flexible and different for everyone.
