Daytime Support
I provide daytime doula services, which include professional support with breastfeeding, infant care, organization, and household care to ensure you can enjoy the new family member in peace.
Transitional Resource
I understand that welcoming a new family member is tricky. I support additional siblings, parents, and family through supportive and interactive methods.
Labor and Birth Support Opportunities
Childbirth Education
Childbirth education is a course tenant of prenatal support. Knowledge is power! I will support you in making informed decisions that create a birth experience relevant to your needs.
Continual Labor Support
The beauty of having birth doula support is that after getting to know you and your family's preferences, choices, and experiences, I can sense your needs and support your desires during birth.
Unwavering commitment
Continual support and communication are essential to my care. Feel supported knowing I am just a call away.

Why Do I Need A Doula?
Birth has always been a sacred experience, deeply rooted in support, connection, and care. Birth was a rite of passage where women were surrounded by trusted community members who provided guidance, comfort, and reassurance. Today, while our understanding of medical care has advanced, the personal and emotional aspects of welcoming a child are often overlooked in a clinical setting.
This is where a doula becomes invaluable.
A doula's support will help you navigate your options medically while supporting your personal beliefs.
You don't know how much support you'll need until you need it!

About Me!
Hey!
My name is Sarah, and I am dedicated to supporting women and families through all the ups and downs of becoming a parent. Born and raised in Renton, Washington, I am incredibly family-oriented, just like you are! I provide services to support individual needs and lived experiences. I believe that there is no right way to birth a baby, but there is a way birth should feel- it should feel supported and safe, and it should be relevant to your lived experiences. The same is true for postpartum- each family brings their personality, culture, and unique circumstances to the most sensitive period, which should be honored.
My mission is to provide equitable birth services to all families. Where hospitals fall short, my goal is to fill the gap.
Through StillBirthDay, Prodoula, and ExpertRating, I am certified to provide unique care to all families. As a doula, I am committed to learning more to ensure families receive the most relevant and accurate information.
